<h2>CMDB Data Foundations and CSDM Data Foundations Dashboards are not showing any data or are empty.</h2><br/><div style="overflow-x:auto"><article><div ><h3 >Issue </h3><section><ul style="list-style-position: inside;"><li>We have recently installed the plugin in our ServiceNow Instance but the CSDM Data foundations & CMDB data are not pulling the data. When we open the dashboard, it shows empty widgets.</li></ul></section></div><div ><h3 >Cause</h3><section><ul style="list-style-position: inside;"><li>When we open the job logs, we found <span style="color: #ffffff; background-color: #ff0000;">DataCollectorJob: CSDM Data Foundations PA Metric Collection not executed, could not impersonate the run_as user 6816f79cc0a8016401c5a33be04be441 </span> error.</li><li>When we checked the job "Run as user, we found it has sys_id populated but the user does not exists.</li></ul> <p style="padding-left: 40px;"><img style="border: 2px solid black; align: baseline;" src="sys_attachment.do?sys_id=d17c3c10dbcea050b3c099ead3961958" width="1226" height="577" align="baseline" border="2" /></p></section></div><div ><h3 >Resolution</h3><section><ul style="list-style-position: inside;"><li>In order to fix this issue, we populated the "Run as" field with a valid value and it started populating the data.</li><li>The job logs does not show any error and the status shows as "Collected"</li></ul></section></div></article></div>
