Clone of the OOB Create Incident topic can not be activated or published in the Paris release


Description

A clone of the OOB Create Incident topic, which is installed by the "ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations" plugin, can not be activated or published. The error message below appears at the bottom of the form:

RecordOutputPrompt 61e21b84b23947efb8c591d44b7c40d8 property 'table' value 'universal_request' is invalid. (Table 'universal_request' does not exist. Ensure the correct plugins are installed.)

Steps to Reproduce

Pre-requisites:
Install ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations plugin onto your instance. See the documentation via the URL below:

1. Go to the "Collaboration > Virtual Agent > Designer", locate the OOB Create Incident topic block and open the record.
2. Clone the topic via clicking the "Duplicate" Button. Give it a new name such as the "Create Incident Copy"
3. Try to activate the duplicated topic via the Active Switch component.

Expected behavior
The duplicated topic should be activated with no issues since it is OOB

Actual behavior
The duplicated topic can not be activated and the error message below appears on the form.

Workaround

To fix the issue, please remove the Universal request related flow path in the Create Incident topic flow:

  1. Duplicate Create Incident Topic Block
  2. Remove "Display Request" Node
  3. Remove "Request created" Node
  4. Remove "Check UR Create" Node
  5. After that try to remove the 'yes' path [In case you don't find the cross mark to remove, add a new link between 'decision' and 'end' node and then you can first remove the 'yes' path, remove the newly added 'always' path]. 
  6. Remove the "Decision" Node
