SMS notification showing wrong number in TwilioIssue When multiple numbers are being used in Twilio and are being configured in ServiceNow using Notify Direct Configuration. Those numbers being randomly used when sending the SMSs from ServiceNow using Twilio. When looking at the Notify logs in ServiceNow, all SMSs are sent with the correct corresponding number. However, in the Programmable Messaging logs in Twilio, different number is appearing as sender. The SMSs are sent from both numbers randomly when they appear to be sent from the correct number in the ServiceNow logs.CauseThe Co-pilot feature is not disabled completely on the ServiceNow instance.ResolutionTo ensure that the Co-pilot feature is disabled please follow the steps below: On the Twilio Config page, use the Disable button if shown under the Advanced SMS features column in the table containing list of numbers and disable each number individually.Once done, you should see a message - Features in this section are enabled for these phone numbers : -None-
