Knowledge Category showing on search page without articlesIssue In the Knowledge Service Portal kb_search page, a Knowledge Category shows even if it contains no articles.CauseThis is an expected behavior with the hierarchical category tree when the search results exceeds the facet depth.ResolutionTo change the behavior, set the system property 'glide.knowman.search.facet_depth' to a higher value than the default 200, for example 1000. The facet depth needs to be greater than the number of results returned.Another workaround would be to just turn off the "Show category hierarchy (valid for kb_category only)" instance option.Related LinksConfigure filter facet widget instance options
