CMDB manager with itil_admin role unable access CI Lifecycle Management wit error "Security constraints prevent access to requested page" Description cmdb manager with "itil_admin" role access the CI Lifecycle Management menus in our production instance but is getting a "Security constraints" error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to instance with user has "itil_admin" role 2. Navigate to "CI Lifecycle Management" menus. 3. open "CI Actions" menu. User unable access with "Security constraints prevent access to requested page"

Workaround Import attached 4 xml files in PRB1451801.zip to instance.

- 2 xml files to sys_security_acl - 2 xml files to sys_security_acl_role
