Not able to create field map for attachment - Support and Troubleshooting

Not able to create field map for attachment Issue When trying to move the attachment from ServiceNow to ADO board we are not able to see the internal field column to select the "attachment" field.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "Azure Devops Instance" from filter navigator 2. Open the Instance "Azure DevOps"(Anything which you have created) 3. Click on "Process Mapping" Tab and open "Scrum Test" (Anything which you have created) 4. Go to table Map and open the mapping for Bug and Incident table. 5.Try to create new field map for attachment

Cause The OOB BR "Sync Attachment to Azure" does not have a filter for the incident table.

Resolution Adding the incident table record as part of the filter condition in BR "Sync Attachment to Azure" will fulfill the requirement Sync Attachment to Azure https:// .service-now.com/sys_script.do?sys_id=c0f3335453c20010807bddeeff7b125d
