Process Automation Designer (PAD) - Condition Builder fields are not populated in Modify Condition Widget in PAD Application Description Condition Builder fields are not populated in Modify Condition Widget in PAD Application, throwing an Uncaught TypeError on the browser console.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Activate/Install "Process Automation Designer" Plugin with Demo Data. 2) Add a System Properties as follow Name: com.glide.pad.core.model.enableConditionFields ; Value = true. 3) Navigate to "Process Automation Designer" app. 4) Create a new process or Select the existing Demo Process. 5) Click on "Edit Activity" Menu. Verify at the Right side that Activity Properties displays.

6) Click on "Modify condition" button and verify the Modify Condition to run Modal.

Notice that Condition Builder fields are not populated in Modify Condition Widget in PAD Application, throwing an Uncaught TypeError on the browser console.
