A project created via Project Workspace for TeamSpaces does not show Templates visible - Known Error

A project created via Project Workspace for TeamSpaces does not show Templates visible Description When creating a Project via Project Workspace for TeamSpaces, the TeamSpace Templates are not visible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login an instance with PPM and TeamSpace1 installed. 2. Go to TeamSpace1 TeamSpace > Projects > Templates and verify there are Template records present. 3. Go to TeamSpace1 TeamSpace > Projects > Project Workspace. 4. Click "New Project". 5. Click the Project Template magnifying glass. Notice no records are available.
