List of records are not populating/refreshing when added to the form sub-tabs Description List of records do not get populated after being added to the sub-tabs in the Incident form.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Open Agent workspace. 2) Open an Incident. 3) Click the '...' button on the Incident form and Create Outage. 4) Navigate to Outage sub-tab. The expected outage records are not populating/refreshing the list.
