The group selection listbox has no label on the Form Controls page Description The group selection listbox on the Form Controls page of the rotor has no label.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start VoiceOver. 2. Navigate to Self Service > Dashboards. 3. Open the VO rotor ( + + u). 4. Use the right and left arrow keys to get to the Form Controls page of the rotor. Note that the listbox is labeled "All Groups list box pop up Menu pop-up combo box" and there is no label for the control.
