Current Application and Current Update Set select lists have no accessible label when added to visible UI Description When added to the visible UI, both the current Application and the current Update Set select lists have no accessible label.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Voice Over. 2. In the user's options > Developer, add the current Application and current Update Set select lists. 3. Open the VO rotor ( + + u). 4. Use the right and left arrow keys to open the Form Controls page of the rotor. Note that these two fields are only identified by " popup button".
