'All' label from Date Range Selector component in Analytics Hub is not in all caps unlike other labels Description "ALL" label from Date Range Selector component in Analytics Hub shows like "All" in the date-picker sidebar.

The issue is due to the presence of another key "All" in the [sys_ui_message] table, and to the platform not supporting case sensitive i18N in the current releases, so not allowing to add another key "ALL" sent from analytics hub translation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Analytics Hub. 2. Select any Indicator. 3. Click on the Date range picker component.
