Steps to Reproduce

1: Open NVDA/JAWS from desktop.

2: Traverse into the page using the down arrow.

3: Navigate to the 'Response Time' section using the down arrow.

4: Press 'T' as screen reader shortcut key to identify the table.

The screen reader is not narrating the table summary for 'Response Time' section present in the page. It is narrating the column header twice, and the table as "table with 6 rows and 3 columns row 1 Timing Type column 1 Timing Type".
