Steps to Reproduce

--- Instance is using 13 Period Fiscal Calendar ---

1. Go Investment Funding > Top level Investments 2. On the Allocate Funds page, select the Fiscal Year drop down 3. No options are available

Workaround Navigate to System Definition > Script Includes In the "Name" column search for "InvstPlanningConstants" and go to the record Under line 364, add the following code: InvstPlanningConstants.SYS_CLASS_FLD = 'sys_class_name';
