Risks state is showing as Pending on the Project Status Report - Known Error

Risks state is showing as Pending on the Project Status Report Description After the Paris upgrade, the Rist status value reflecting in the Project Status Risks widget is incorrect. "Risk Status" is always getting reflecting as Pending, even if the risk records risk status value is different

Steps to Reproduce

Open any Project (or create a new one) Create a new risk on the related tab with the project status as Avoid/Mitigate/ or any one option Submit the risk record. Check the planning console from the project, the status report will reflect the value as "Pending" Workaround Navigate to the "baseline_config" list Open 'Risk Baseline' record and look for 'risk_value' in the Baseline column map this to 'risk_value' in the Source column instead of state.
