Customer Update record created for Private System Property "glide.licensing.auto_entitlement.last_run" [sys_properties_7aeb2ce30b4510102705ae9b37673ac9] after upgrading to Paris > Resolve Conflicts shows "Not authorized to update the page"


Description

After upgrading to Paris, a Customer Update record is being created in [sys_update_xml] for System Property "glide.licensing.auto_entitlement.last_run" [sys_properties_7aeb2ce30b4510102705ae9b37673ac9]. When upgrading from a Paris Patch < 4 to Paris Patch 4, the System Property is marked as Skipped Changes To Review.

As the System Property is marked as Private, admins are not able to take any actions for the skipped record. Any attempt to resolve it shows a "Not authorized to update the page" error.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Upgrade an instance to Paris Patch < 4.
  2. Upgrade the instance to Paris Patch 4.
  3. Check the Upgrade History for the upgrade and observed that the System Property [sys_properties_7aeb2ce30b4510102705ae9b37673ac9] is marked as "Skipped" in the "Skipped Changes to Review" tab.
  4. Use "Resolve Conflicts" shows "Not authorized to update the page" on the form.
