Baseline does not capture financial data for demands or projectsIssue When creating a baseline from Related Links in a demand or project, the baseline does not capture the cost plan, budget, or any other financial information. Release n/a Cause All tables that can create a baseline, such as Project, Demand, Cost Plan, and so on, have Baseline Configuration records. Each Baseline Configuration has field mapping records called baseline_config_field_map. These records are specific to the table that the baseline is created from. If the baseline configuration records do not have any field map records, baselines are not populated with any data. Checking that the baseline_config_field_map records for a particular field target the correct fields also helps verify the configuration. Resolution If baseline_config_field_map records were deleted, open Deleted Records by entering Deleted Records in the Filter Navigator.Filter for Table Name starts with baseline_config_field_map.To specify a baseline entity such as Project or Demand, add a filter of [Payload][contains][Demand] (or Project, and so on).Undelete the baseline_config_field_map records.Test creating baselines again. If the deleted baseline_config_field_map records cannot be found in any instance, open a case with Now Support. The records may exist only in the instance where they were deleted. Request the default base system baseline_config_field_map records for a specific table or baseline config, or for all.
