Install MS-IME on windows OS to enable Japanese keyboard.2. Go to Agent workspace and open any incident record.3. Search knowledge in Agent Assist and select it.4. Click [⋮] in and click Attach.5. Click Additional comment.6. Change the keyboard to IME by clicking on [A].7. Keep pressing "e" to enter "え".8.
