Additional comments and work notes missing in printer-friendly version of HR casesIssue When you print an HR case with Printer-friendly version in System settings, the Additional comments and work notes fields do not appear in the printout. Release All Cause This is base system, designed behavior. Testing across multiple browsers helps verify that the behavior is not related to browser configuration. Resolution Use Export to PDF, and then print the PDF. The PDF includes the Additional comments and work notes. Open the HR case. Select Export to PDF. Open the exported PDF and print it.
