Duplicate comments getting added to additional comments field in RITM (Requested Item) recordIssue When RITM is record is created from particular catalog item then duplicate entries were added in the work notes. ReleaseSan DiegoCauseCustom business which contains current.update statement.ResolutionCustom Business rules which contains current.update() cause these type of issues in the syste. It is not recommended process to use current.update() or .update() statements in the script.
