Steps to Reproduce

1. Start NVDA. 2. In /sp (or /esc), open the Universal Request (Requests > find and open the one created above). 3. Select the Tasks tab. 4. Navigate to the tablist containing the Open and Completed tabs and select the Open tab. 5. Open the task. 6. Add an attachment to the task. 7. Move the input focus to either the Edit File Name button or the Delete File button. Note that NVDA does not describe the button with the filename, so multiple files will have the same description.
