Why Mobile app does not ask to enter a PIN When the app has been inactive for five minutes ?DetailsAs per the following documentation: Mobile Page DocsIt states"A security PIN is a 6-digit code you must enter for added security. When this feature is enabled, you are prompted to enter your pin: 1. When logging into your app2. When the app has been inactive for five minutes3. When the app is closed using your operating systems force quit or force close option.4. When accessing the security settings for the app" As per point number 2.The question is what is considered "inactive"?As per the development team"The mobile app views the app as "active" if the screen is on and the app is in the foreground (i.e. visible on the screen)."Therefore the mobile app will not ask for a pin if the app is in the foreground and there is no activity from the user on the app. If the user opens another application and works with it then the NOW/Agent mobile app will go into the background and then after five minutes of inactivity it would lock the app and the user would have to enter a pin for accessing the app.
