Reference qualifier and search for a record button on case form are misplaced in FirefoxDescriptionThe Now Design System typeahead component has a display issue that only manifests in the Firefox browser when the screen width is constrained, due to resize or other components of the page limiting the horizontal display of the form in which it appears. This can cause the "decorator" buttons (for example, the "Reference qualifier" or "Search for record" buttons in reference fields, as described in the problem) to appear outside the body of the typeahead field. In some cases they may even wrap to the next line or appear "underneath" other form elements on the page, making them difficult to click.Steps to Reproduce 1. Login using Firefox.2. Open CSM Configurable workspace as support agent.3. Initiate a customer chat from CSM portal and accept it as agent.4. Open a case form as subtab.Notice the reference qualifier and search for a record are misplaced and can not be opened.WorkaroundThis problem is fixed in the next upcoming release. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to. Recommended workarounds are the following: Increasing the size of your browser window, closing active side panels, or zooming out with the browser zoom functionality to provide more horizontal space for the form field to appear.Using a different web browser - this display issue only occurs in Firefox; it does not impact Chrome, Edge, or Safari users.Related Problem: PRB1454990
