Create Project UI Action not Responing/Does Nothing Issue Create Project UI Action not Responing/Does Nothing

Cause This was happening because the Script Include "AjaxCreateRelatedEntityFromDemand" is customized. Once reverted to the latest version, everything works as expected.

Resolution 1. Navigate to System Definition > Script Includes 2. In the "Name" column search for "AjaxCreateRelatedEntityFromDemand" and go to the record 3. In the Versions related list, Right-Click the record with the Source of "System Upgrades: glide-versionnamed..." 4. Select "Revert to this version" 5. Select OK when prompted
