Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a Paris instance 2. Navigate to the Service Portal 3. Navigate to the Knowledge page 4. Click a Category with articles e.g. IT 5. Click on any article 6. From the breadcrumb widget, click the knowledge base, e.g. 'IT (Knowledge Base)' Expected Result: Page will navigate to the specific knowledge base articles page Actual result: Page Navigates back to the Knowledge bases page.

Workaround This is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases.
