Some of that data has unfortunately turned out to be wrong, causing CMDB CIs to be: mis-classified on insertre-classified on update, causing data loss in some fields, and subsequent CI duplicationcreated with incorrect manufacturer/modelattempted to be discovered by the wrong Identity probes and Patternscreated empty for devices that are not supported by SNMP Discovery This KB aims to come up top in search results, to make it easier to link to known problems, and provide workarounds. Problems identified or fixed since then may not be listed, or in the right section. As of Washington, instead of the Discovery Plugins, a new AI librarian-based ITOM Content Service is adding new OIDs. Unfortunately that has put back at least the bad 1.3.6.1.4.1.29671.2.x Meraki AP OIDs so far (PRB1822721). This list won't be updated from now on, as new PRBs are generally no longer created for issues with OIDs, as they will be addressed by content requests.
