Can question and answer fields on Risk Assessment form be made read-only to populate automatically via a custom logic? Summary It is not possible to enforce read-only on question and answer fields on the Risk Assessment form using out-of-box features.

The UI Action 'Risk Assessment' (/nav_to.do?uri=sys_ui_action.do?sys_id=8d300156d7033200532c24837e6103e8) invokes the UI Page 'assessment_take2' (/nav_to.do?uri=sys_ui_page.do?sys_id=012918babfb001007a6d257b3f073996), that has a Client Script section.

NOTE : The 'read_only' field on the [asmt_metric] table is a legacy field from the HR module and can not be used for this purpose.
