[2.0] On notify user on reclamation rules, the reclamation candidates candidate doesn't carry the notify user Description On notify user on reclamation rules, the reclamation candidates candidate doesn't carry the notify user. Also User field is not set for reclamation candidate even if the userr subscription has user principal name normalized to the sys_user.

Steps to Reproduce

On notify user on reclamation rules, the reclamation candidates candidate doesn't carry the notify user. Also User field is not set for reclamation candidate even if the userr subscription has user principal name normalized to the sys_user.

Workaround this issue is currently targeted to Feb store release. As for the workaround, there're 2 ways:

1. Manually fix those reclamation candidate records by checking 'Notify user' and fill up 'Days before auto-reclamation' based on reclamation rule. If there are too many records to fix then: 2. We can provide a script as the workaround to update those records. Basically we need to set 'Notify user' & 'Days before auto-reclamation' for those records.
