Special Characters in Description cause client side planning save failure in Planning Console Description When double-quotes (commonly seen when copy and pasting from a text program) exist in the Description of the project and Client Side Planning is enabled, saving in the Planning Console for that specific Project will prevent saving from occurring. In other words, If double quotes (") exist in the Description of the Project and Client Side PLanning is enabled, the Planning Console will not save on update

Steps to Reproduce

1. Import the attached project XML. (and make sure to attach the project xml) 2. Ensure the Planning Console configuration -> Client Side Planning is Enabled. 3. Open Planning Console and try to create a new task and save. One could see the issue reproducing.

Workaround 1. Remove any Quotation characters (") from the Description of the Project. (Or remove all Description text)* 2. Disable Client Side Planning for Planning Console

*Recommended. Single quotes MAY be used without causing issues. AKA, you can replace any time you use double quotes ("), with single quotes (').
