Survey's single line wide string questions displays very small box to write Summary Surveys have few single wide line string type questions which are displayed as a small box instead of wide line box.

Instructions This is an expected Platform behavior. Survey from the Service Portal is rendered via the "Take Survey" widget. But the same survey when opened via assessment_take2 which is a platform page(OOB Native UI), the size of the box is larger.

So this is an expected behavior depending on from where you are opening the Survey from either Portal or Platform. Based on the configurations in the take_survey widget and assessment_take2 page, the box size is displayed to facilitate the platform behavior.
