Open an interaction form on UI16 and change the view to Workspace2. Click on Configure > Form Layout3. Create a new String type field [ name: Test Description, Type: String, Field length: Extra large(4000) ]4. Add this field below the short description field for better visibility5. Save the layout6. Once the form is loaded, add some text so that the area is expanded. Try adding a line for 10-15 times and save the form7. Open Agent workspace and open this interaction8. Notice the 'Test Description' field is showing expanded9. Click on 'Create Incident'10. Once the incident form is loaded, go to the Interaction form again11.
