How to use Now Support | Service Owner


The Now Support portal is your launchpad for resources to self-solve, get help from technical support, and manage ServiceNow instances. You can download the Now Support mobile app to access most of our services anytime, anywhere.

Service Owners typically develop the strategic plan and roadmap for ServiceNow services. This role has ownership and oversight of ServiceNow instance(s) from a business perspective. They analyze trends to make decisions. Now Support Service Owners can stay updated on instance activity with notifications. To receive notifications, make sure you are specified as an account contact by navigating to Manage Accounts > Account contacts.
