Validate your instance name(s) and click on "Request"6. All requests must be approved by the application vendor (Sailpoint). You will receive an email once your request is approved/declined. If there is a delay with the approval or you have not heard back from Sailpoint since this is a third party app, you will need to reach out to the vendor support directly for assistance.
