ServiceNow BCM TinyMCE Editor Error Message ResolutionIssue Instances with ServiceNow BCM installed may receive a message that states "Your access to TinyMCE will expire on 25 February 2021. Please either contact your administrator or upgrade your account using the instructions available here".ResolutionThe attached update set will modify the way ServiceNow BCM accesses TinyMCE and updates it from the previous store partner access to using ServiceNow's internal license and installation. Installation 1. The following steps should be replicated by a SericeNow Admin in any instance where ServiceNow BCM is installed. 2. Download the attached update set from this Knowledge Article 3. Navigate to Retrieved Update Sets and selected the related link "Import Update Set from XML" 4. Import the downloaded update set. 5. Preview and commit the update set. Testing 1. Navigate to All Plans in the Business Continuity application. 2. Open a place record and select View Plan in the header of the record. 3. Click on the Notes tab from the left navigation menu then click on edit notes 4. Confirm that you are able to edit notes and that the previous message does not appear.
