Steps to Reproduce

Go to kb_knowledge.do to create a new article In the Article body field which is of type HTML, copy/paste the content from the attached doc file PRB Doc . Notice the numbering of the points is different compared to the ones from the document, and the main point numbers show as 1, 2, 3, 8, and 12 in the HTML body. Workaround We have opened a defect with 3rd part Tiny Cloud, makers of TinyMCE HTML Editor.
