Unable to Add Special Handling Notes in Agent workspace


Description

Users are unable to Add Special Handling Notes in Agent Workspace UI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into instance (Paris or Orlando).
2. Go to Agent Workspace.
3. Open any case and Navigate to Special Handling Notes.
4. Notice there is no Add button.
5. Try same in Platform UI and User can add Special Handling notes.
6. Attached screenshot for reference.

Workaround
