Screen Readers in Vendor Risk Assessment-New Record in browse mode do not announce labels information 'Created by' and 'Created (yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss)' with their edit fields Description In browse mode, labels information 'Created by' and 'Created (yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss)' are not announced by screen readers with their edit fields.

This issue replicates throughout the application wherever this similar type of edit fields are present. Screen Readers dependent users will be unable to get the complete information.

Steps to Reproduce

1: Enable NVDA. 2: Open page 'UAT Enterprise Service Management'. 3: Navigate to 'Assessments' button in left pane and activate it. 4: With the 'Assessments' button expanding, navigate to 'All Assessments' submenu button and activate it. 5: From opening page 'Vendor Risk Assessments' navigate to 'New' button and activate it. 6: 'Vendor Risk Assessment New Record' page will open and 'Draft' section will be selected by default. 7: Navigate to 'Created by' and 'Created (yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss)' edit fields.

Labels information 'Created by' and 'Created (yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss)' are not announcing with their edit fields. When focus lands on 'Created by' and 'Created (yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss)' edit fields, NVDA is announcing only as 'edit read only'.

NOTE : Thee issue does not replicate with 'Chrome+JAWS'.
