Process Automation Designer is not compatible with the [sc_req_item] Table. The following Tables are available for selection in the Trigger Definition for the Process Automation Designer: * sn_customerservice_case* sn_customerservice_task* sn_customerservice_escalation* sn_customer_service_organization* change_request* incident* problem* sc_request* csm_order* csm_order_line_item* csm_household* csm_consumer* customer_account* customer_contact* interaction These Tables are not all coming from the same Plugin.
