Working of Transfer to Agent & Transfer to Queue in Agent Chat (Workspace)DetailsWhen you click on the Transfer to Agent option, it adds another agent to the ongoing chat. The original agent is not removed from the chat. Technically, there are now 2 agents attending to the same chat conversation. This is an expected platform behavior.Additional InformationIf the expectation is to completely move the chat to a different agent, then you need to select the Transfer to Queue option. Once you click on Transfer to Queue option, all the available agents of that queue will get the work item notifications, and accordingly they can accept the chat.
