User Not Authenticated error when navigating in the NOW Mobile app


Users are getting the following error when navigating in the NOW Mobile app:

Steps to Reproduce

The error can occur in any screen. There are no specific steps.
Issue has been reported mainly in iOS but Android could be affected as well.
