The ServiceNow mobile onboarding application does not redirect to the single sign-on (SSO) login page, even if SSO is enabledIssue With single sign-on (SSO) enabled, the ServiceNow mobile onboarding app will not direct users to the SSO site for login. Instead, it will continue to direct users to the standard ServiceNow login page. This does not occur with the Now mobile or Agent mobile applications.ReleaseServiceNow Onboarding Mobile appCauseThis is expected behavior and occurs because the Onboarding app's force local login field is set to true by default.ResolutionThe issue can be resolved by taking the following steps1) Navigate to System Mobile > Native Client2) Open the Mobile Onboarding record3) If needed, switch to the Human Resources: Mobile Employee Onboarding application scope4) Uncheck the checkbox for Force Local Login5) Save the recordNote that you may need to completely close out of the Onboarding app and sign in again to see the change.
