OOB menu options in the navigation bar are not avaialable in the Agent Mobile appIssue On logging into the Agent Mobile app, the OOB menu options like 'My Work' and 'Articles' are not visible. Only the menu options 'Notification' and 'Settings' are present. Expected behaviour: Actual behaviour: Issue is generally seen after a clone or instance upgrade.ReleaseNew york and aboveCauseThe Native Client record might have gone missing during their upgrade or because of a recent clone.ResolutionImport the attached xml file of the Agent app's Native client record from OOB instance.
