Impersonate any user to be the end-user.2. Navigate to this link - https://spiderman.service-now.com/$chat_support.do?queueID=20696d0cdbd29810de2830cc299619db3. Impersonate Fred Luddy as the agent, and open the connect sidebar4. Accept the chat.5. Click on connect action - Create Interaction6. Submit the record.7. The screen goes blank & no card is send in the connect chat window.8. Perform the same operation on Create Incident. You would see that the card is send in the connect chat window.9. Check the interaction table and you would see the new interaction created.Expected behavior: The card for the interaction record should be sent in the chat. After submitting the interaction, it should reload the interaction record.Actual behavior: No interaction card details are sent over in the chat.
