AM/PM dropdown is misaligned in comparison to time field Description AM/PM is misaligned in date fields and time fields.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set time format in user profile to 12 hour format. 2. Open an incident form in workspace. 3. Open the date picker for resolved field. Notice the misaligned am/pm dropdown.
