Tenable Connector : Tenable Job Chunk, Async Request Queue log contains "Exceeded max entry processing time of 300 seconds"Issue Disclaimer: Tenable Connector is developed and supported by Tenable. If you have any questions about the plugin you should engage Tenable Support directly (support@tenable.com). You may observe on your instance that the Tenable Connector Scheduled Import fails with "Complete with Errors" but not much information. If you open the "Tenable Job" record, within the "Tenable Job Chunks" related list you may observe some chunks are in the "Error" state. Note down the "Chunk ID" (ie. JOBxxxxxxx). This could potentially be related to a "Async Request Queue" job:1) Open the "Async Request Queue" records (Tenable Connector > Diagnostics > Async Request Queue).2) Filter on the "Import / Export Job" with the "Chunk ID" that was obtained initially.3) The record might be in "Complete" state, however the details are within the record. Open it up and review the "System Notes".4) You may observe the log message "(2000-01-01 00:00:00 GMT) - Exceeded max entry processing time of 300 seconds".ReleaseAll environments that are utilising the Tenable Connector plugin.CauseTenable has enforced a maximum runtime of 300 seconds (5 minutes) for their "Async Request Queue" jobs.Related LinksThe System Property "x_tsirm_api_access.queue_max_processing_time" controls the maximum run time of the jobs. The value is in seconds and may be modified if required. If you are unsure about this, please consult with Tenable Support directly (support@tenable.com).
