Save the record3. reload the page to get the newly create module in the application navigator4. click on External link issue. it will open https://google.co.in in another window as expected5. On the application navigator, click on the 'star' button, to make it a Favourite6. Go to favourites tab and click on the newly created favourite7. Notice it opens in another window, but the URL formed is https://<instance_name>.service-now.com/google.co.in- This is happening starting from Paris.
