Release Software Asset Management for Microsoft (com.snc.samp.microsoft) and Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management (com.sn_sam_saas_int) plugins are installed. Resolution Navigate to SaaS License > Administration > Create New Profile.Select the Interceptor in the right-side corner.The Interceptor page opens. In the answer section, check whether Direct to Office 365 Subscription Profile is active.If Direct to Office 365 Subscription Profile is not active, activate it using the following steps.
