Steps to Reproduce

OOTB behavior till Paris:

1. For investment portal board of type Portfolio/Program, groups with it_project_user/manager and it_demand_user/manager are shown 2. For investment portal board of type Demand/Project, If demand filter is applied(i.e demands are shown), then groups with it_demand_user/manager are shown 3. For investment portal board of type Demand/Project, If project filter is applied(i.e projects are shown), then groups with it_project_user/manager are shown 4. For investment portal board of type Demand/Project, If project and demand filters are applied (i.e both prj and demands are shown), then groups with all 4 roles are shown.

Workaround From Quebec, the board sharing is allowed for users/groups with it_project/demand_user/manager role.

This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
