Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Orlando / Paris instance 2. Initiate the connect chat 3. Accept the chat from Agent1 4. Transfer the chat from Agent1 to Agent2.

Expected behavior: After transferring the chat from Agent1 to Agent2, the Chat window at the end-user should show the profile photo of Agent2.

Actual behavior: After transferring the chat from Agent1 to Agent2, the Chat window at the end-user still shows the profile photo of Agent1.
