Create a table level read ACL on the sn_customerservice_case table and assign the role "sn_esm_agent"4. Impersonate Aileen Mottern and open Agent Workspace5. Click on the "Needs Attention" report under "My Cases" and noticed the Case column value which is concatenation of the Case number and Short Description without space in between6. Repeat steps 1 - 5 on a Orlando instance and noticed the list renders the Number and Short description columns separatelyWorkaroundThis problem has been fixed.
